My Education

The Connection Between Yoga and Rehabilitation:
I discovered a profound connection between yoga poses and rehabilitation techniques. I found that the principles of yoga can be applied effectively in the rehabilitation process after injuries, strokes, accidents, and other physical challenges. This realization further motivated me to blend the benefits of yoga and physiotherapy, providing with a comprehensive approach to healing and enhancing their physical and mental well-being.
Recovery through Movement:
I am trained in various techniques of recovery through movement, including the Mulligan Manual Therapy Concept, Redcord Neurac (suspension therapy), and PNF Concept (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation). These techniques are incorporated into my physio yoga practice to help reduce pain, increase range of motion, and improve the quality of movement.
My Unique Style:
My teaching style is characterized by inspiration and support. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve physical and psychological victories through the practice of physio yoga. Whether it's providing relief for sore knees or lower back pain, improving posture, or guiding individuals to become the best versions of themselves, I am dedicated to empowering my clients to discover their limitless potential.
